Dedicated server for "new version"

    I set up dedicated server with steamcmd and it shows in server list and works fine with old version, how do I install it for new version? I followed all the instructions Dedicated Server Setup [New Version] but it only shows up when playing the old version. Can't connect via IP either when running new version client.
