For harvesting things like wood and branches, it would be a nice quality of life upgrade if we could just hold down the F key and walk around to pick up the items, rather than have to keep clicking the key to pick up the items.
Suggestion: Hold F for picking up items.

in the interaction settings, instead of f, I have the right mouse button enabled and I quickly and easily assemble everything.
