This is my default build for a new place... it's a tower with a workshop at the lower level with double doors, possible to "park" your horse. 
On the second floor there is a bed, a chair and a fireplace. Third floor is where the leather rack is. And on top there is a lighthouse (bonfire).
There are chests inside and a barrel outside to catch water. You have to build your cooking grate... the blueprint did not save it.
