Hello, seems i'm not the first with those problems,
i get the "unknown error 200" message when i launch the game from steam, looked in the forum
- installed latest graphic driver version (GTX 650)
- installed java 32, java 64
- added Lucien Schuenke on Steam 
waiting for some more help now
Back to you, figured out a windows poped, with the error one after waiting for a moment...
blablabla firewall and antivirus blocking maybe...
since it cannot be from this i searched a bit more, and find out the problem.
the game is a shared steam library for myself, with the owner account the game work perfectly.
so looks like i won't play the game 
Yes, family sharing is unfortunately not supported by the game
