Can't Connect to a particular Server

It would probably be better to come up with a command to wipe player data. I did send the gtx management a message about the situation, and hopefully I hear from them in the next day or two. I told them I just need Jon's data wiped so that he can attempt to log on without worrying about possible corrupt player data. I'm not sure if they could do that themselves, but I did ask if they could do that for me. Who knows, they might accept it. Still, I don't want to step on any toes. I'd rather use an in-game command to do it rather than mess with the owner's server controls.
