Hmm... when did it happen exactly? Did this bug only occur once, or do you encounter it frequently? Is there maybe a way to reproduce it?
Maybe you can provide the according errorlog file, to do that, please go to your game directory and have a look for a recent file called "errorlog". You can either post the file here, or alternatively send it via email to support@jiw-games.net
