Fixed it right away. -
Ive verified cache, states a file is locked. Uninstalled, re-installed. Deleted Download Cache and restarted Steam. Not sure what else to do. I did provide a screenshot that shows the file name. If you need more info I can try to obtain it.

On two separate occasions, I crafted several stacks of hemp fiber. Out of five or six stacks, two stacks were not crafted into my bag.
Has anyone experienced Hemp fibers not crafting correctly? (maybe just when it is a full stack? have not tried other quantities.)

Great info! Also on a side note, I sometimes use posters to remedy that.
