I looked in the properties for rising world and i cant find local files in there, i dont know if im doing anything wrong or not.

when i try to update rising world on steam it comes up with content file locked and pauses the update, i have put rising world in the avast exclusions area and it still doesn't work, WHAT IS GOING ON please help me.
