Hi! I'm playing on Artisan's Realm from France always between 115 and 130 and I know some australian player (like you a great ping) but honestly for building that is not embarrassing, and in case you try it, test in several severs and see, if you are not able to build, you can refound it
so in my opinion if you like building it's a good game so :try it -
