A new update is now available, introducing a lot of new content!
Latest hotfix: 0.7.5.1 (2024-09-02)

Let me just start this with saying that the new animations rock. I love the immersion they bring, and REALLY like how we can actually see our different clothing types and what not in first person view, like when holding an item.

One thing I noticed though, is that the rifle holding animation (when you're just holding it and not loading/aiming/etc.) looks a little off. Does anyone else think this? It looks to me like your guy is holding it like he's afraid it'll bite him. I think it's mainly because of how far down the barrel his left hand is, and how he seems to hold it out and away from him, rather than keep it closer to his body.

As long as we're on the topic, does anyone else think the aiming animation looks a little off for the rifle too? Like you're holding it right down the middle of your chest, rather than holding the butt flush against one shoulder, and leaning your head over the side, to look down the barrel?

    Thoughts?

    I'll add a poll too.

    Here's the error code:

It crashed after putting the warm outfit in the night stand. This is the second time it's happened. After getting back on the first time, my leather armor and Trek boots (think that's what they're called) were gone. My flannel shirt was still there though. I haven't gotten back on yet to see if anything disappeared this time.

Thank you! And thanks for that link! I'll look through it to see if I can use them :D Even if I don't for this, I'm sure I will for something (though I dare say I'll probably make an updated version of this one with the pots and pans, just to make it feel a little more lived in).

Here is my first finalized build. The Trapper's Homestead, from the winter survival game The Long Dark. I love using this as my base in that game, and so I thought I would make it in Rising World too. I made it as accurate as I could (aside from the bear rug and antlers I put in it, as well as using a wooden crafting bench over a metal one due to it being more useful in general), and even made a functioning locker and safe. I wasn't able to make pots and pans and such, but the shelves are available for you to put whatever you would like on them.

Also, the wood stove works for cooking, and was actually made and generously provided by Dagoline, so thank you for that.
(Here's the link to it if you want it separately)

Without further ado, here's the blueprint for the cabin. I hope you all enjoy it.
