I downloaded the latest Nvidia Driver and it seems to have fixed that issue. 338.71 Released on December 20th.

I just installed the game and I am getting the same message, before I can even play it. I bought it on Steam. I am using a Laptop, and Asus Strix with an Nvidia 1050 TI video card, Intel I7 7th Gen processor, and 16 GB of RAM.
