Sorry, I was not clear. I am not wanting a refund, I want to play the game but I am needing the standalone version. Anyway to transfer that license, or get a copy, I have already paid the $15.

I did not know where to post for help with transactions, I meant to purchase the standalone client version and accidentally purchased Steam one. Who can I reach out to regarding this, Steam will not refund me since I purchased over two weeks ago.
