Server keeps crashing

Hey Red can you take a look at this for me not sure what to do my server keeps crashing and in log i get this error cheers mate.

You have an out of memory problem as the log tells you.
Try first (if you have any) to run without any plugins.
My Test Server (Linux) for example is running with 4G Memory but that is barely enought with plugins. As you run Windows you may need some more due to OS overhead.
