Unfortunately there is no API method to place a construction element in the world
We will definitely add this to the new version! Maybe we can also backport that to the old version.Currently you can only place blocks, objects or vegetation via API...

Unfortunately the Plugin API isn't available for the new version yet. We have no ETA for it (first we want to get the main game a bit more fleshed out), but the first API release will already have the new world methods
