Improvements for Extended Construction System

It would be nice, if objects from the Extended Construction System would stay in the same position (at least until you move it) it was, when you enabled the Modular Building or Free Building (right strg) sytem. Becaue sometimes you just want to use e.g. the Modular Building System to bring an object in the right rotation fast and then place it.
