What Unreal engine crop pack is being used or are you converting the previous assets? Most packs have wheat and at least one oil seed. A threshing floor "workbench" could convert grass into a small grain and oil seed yield.
Planting produces the crop. Thresh the Wheat for grain. Wheat grain becomes flour, Add water for dough, Make the Dough ball the same size as ore. Cook dough in privative furnace for bread. This way we reuse the privative furnaces late game as ovens. Cook in pot with to make soup, pottage or stew. Grain = soup/ porridge, Lettice, etc = pottage. vegetables + meat = stew. Water + meat = boiled meat and fat. Candles can be made with fat.
Harvest the oil seed the same way and process for oil. This gives us a lamps lighting option. Oil can be combined with dirt to make putty. This plus stone creates some of the tile building blocks. Fuel oil processor: metal sheets, lumber, putty. Make fuel from oil and wood/ coal fuel. (I have a simple power technology idea. No pipes or wires. Simple build it and everything is powered nearby.)
The new item models needed are: threshing floors, Standing pot that can be placed over a fire. Simple lamp: dirt, stone, oil, twine. Standing lamp: the same plus 2 sticks. Ore lump sized dough. Loaf ingot shape with large round top. Breaded meat: flour and meat. cooks like meat. Possibly a jug that fills like the canteen but pours when used.
I can make basic models now but need to know where to get size reference meshes and texture parameters. There's no point asking for wheat grain without helping. Is there a place we can show or drop meshes?
