Hello
I am running a server and players can't place their BPs, even if it's allowed in the member group file and in their protected area.
Does anyone know why?

Can they place blueprints outside their area or in someone else's area?
Because the area permissions are usually for people who are not registered as players there.
If you add a player, they must also be assigned special rights as the owner. At least if you create the areas with F9; if you use the plugin, I don't know how it works there.
