FREQUENCY: Intermittent

EFFECTED ASSETS: Cylinder and Hollow Cylinder interaction

DETAIL: When trying to place a cylinder inside the opening of the hollow cylinder (for example to make it look like an exposed dowel head) the cylinder doesn't always appear. Sometimes placing the cylinder first works, other times placing the hollow cylinder first works and other times neither configuration will work. It works fine if the cylinder is smaller than the hole, this happens when you try to place a cylinder the exact size of the hole.

Sometimes quitting to the main menu and reloading solves it.
