How can I enable it so that I can insert my own drawings?

I am an admin on the server and can place blueprints. But players can't. How can I make it so that they can place blueprints? If possible, what should I add to the group so that individual players can(Permissions)? Thanks=)

Thanks, I got it. I was remaking another file, and it looks like it's an old version. There weren't any commands like that.(admin.json).
