A 5x5 skylight, to go inside your base/building, with a marble water collector, that fills up when it rains... make sure there is nothing blocking the inlet!
If the trough doesn`t collect the water, remove the trough, and replace it, just under the marble slabs.
The base is also 5x5, (all one piece, for easy removal) and can be buried just under the floor (one pixel), or make a feature out of it.
I have also put some mugs on it, each is just 2 pieces, so can be destroyed if not wanted.
