I do not know the cause for the message "No Authentication Possible" when i try to join a server. I am curious as to how to fix this so i may play multiplayer.

This message occurs when you don't have a connection to the HIVE server (you see that in the main menu at the top right, the icon should be green and you should be able to see your playername). In most cases this is caused by a firewall or antivirus program which is blocking the connection. What antivirus program do you use?

I use Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and in the top right of the main menu the square is green and my username is present.

Does it always occur, or only after you lost connection to a server?

This occurs whenever i try to initially connect to a multiplayer server.

Update: I have done nothing to the game but was just able to join the rising city server perhaps my computer was just acting up. Regardless thank you for your concern my issue i cant wait to see what this game evolves into!
