Do you want a recommendation for the best graphic settings? Well, how many frames per second do you want?
That graphic card seems very powerful though, should run the game smoothly on highest settings. You can see how many frames per second you get by pressing [F3]. I recommend just decreasing the view distance until you get what you consider enough fps. -
