Hello let me start out by saying that I am no programmer so I have no clue what is possible. I think it would be great if the game had blocks in smaller sizes. The smaller blocks would make it easier to make detailed builds. Hope the idea could be taken into consideration.
Suggestion: microblocks

half blocks like slabs and quarter blocks? that'd be cool

I meant smaller blocks

I believe Babas is referring to the Microblocks found in Eloraam's RedPower 2 modset for Minecraft.

Unfortunately Microblocks don't fit into our current block system. Blocks like slabs are coming soon, but there won't be something like the redpower2 mod =/ Those things could be done with the extended construction system (currently wooden planks, beams, windows etc.). This allows you to freely place elements in the world, which can also be rotated and scaled.

oh okay that doesnt make me like the game any less:)
-
Red51 when you say they can be scaled? How so?
-
pressing f1 while holding items/planks/blocks etc shows you options for what you can do and scaling is one of them(sorry red,I couldn't resist)

No problem, it's awesome when questions by the community are already answered by the community We're currently very busy so it may take a while until we can answer^^ -
Please dont burn out it seems some dev teams never finish their games because of the constant pressure

I personally don't feel like they will burn out, however I think the devs do need help here on the forums to free up some of their time so that they can concentrate on the task at hand.
