Only thing you could try is to change the "pause on lost focus" setting (go to your game directory and edit the config.properties file, set "game_pause_on_lost_focus" to false). If this makes things even worse, set the flag to true again.

Hm, thanks for your help, but I think it's my fault. Cs Go jsut randomly quit as well
