Yes, but only dedicated servers will appear in the serverlist.
If you're running a dedicated server, open the server.properties file and change "server_list_visible" to true (should be true by default). -
ok how do i put it on the server list then it is set too true
only dedicated servers will show in the list.

Same here. My dedicated server (on dedicated hardware at a colo) has been running for over an hour.
Still not listed in the server list on my client. junk.zaplabs.com:4255

Currently a small bugs prevents the client to load all servers if one of the servers is not reachable. It is already fixed and will be available in the next version
