Game won't start.

My computer is being stubborn, netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt, returns a success in cmd prompt but no log is created in c:, netsh winsock reset also returns success but the pings still fail. I'm thinking about doing away with Comodo, it might be a little too restrictive after one of it's recent updates. Otherwise, I'm not sure what the problem is. I generally play solo though so if you could show me that change, then perhaps I could finally get in to Rising World and see the changes and hopefully do some building.

That's just fine and thanks again for your patient assistance, it is much appreciated. As it stands, I have completely removed Comodo from my system, at the behest of my anti malware provider Emsisoft; who had me use a recovery tool which was able to export some files, that I've sent back to them. I'm hoping it has useful info that will lead to a solution. Interestingly, even after full removal of Comodo (using an uninstaller which removed all remaining registry traces as well), ping tests are still failing. I would love to know how this happened. Anyway, thank you for your help Red.
