Hey I want to play rising world with a friend but we dont use LAN so is there a possibility to play with hamachi?

The next update will be available on Wednesday, December 18, in the early evening (GMT+1).
This update will not yet replace the Java version, instead it is the actual content update. We'll provide more information about the transition together with the update.

Yes, you can play via Hamachi. Just load a singleplayer world by pressing the red "LAN" button (make sure no firewall or antivirus program is blocking the connection), then your friend can connect to your Hamachi IP (Multiplayer -> Connect to IP)
