Plugin.getPluginByID may throw NullPointerException

Plugin.getPluginByID(int id) throws a NullPointerException if a plug-in with index id does not exist.

It would be nice if:

A) at least, the throw be documented in the API

OR, better

B) it simply return null, if the looked for plug-in does not exist.

Thanks for letting us know, the NPE was unintended, with the next update, this method will simply return null if the plugin does not exist
