The new spinning wheel crafting station is able to be created, placed, and picked up, but I am unable to interact with it.

You need some wool, cotton or hemp fibers to use the spinning wheel. Just hold the wool/cotton/fibers in your hand and look at the reel, then use your right mouse button to use the spinning wheel
You need 2 wools/cottons/fibers to complete the progress, once it's completed, you can pickup the reel by pressing your interaction key (F). -
Whoops! I felt so silly haha thank you. Got it all figured out now. I do have an actual bug to report though... After some gameplay time, the bar on the grinding station is no longer solid and cannot be pushed. Player walks right through. Fixed upon reloading the world but can get irritating over time. A similar thing is happening with the spinning wheel... After some time, it no longer displays its spinning animation (but still works).
