Dedicated server

Hello everyone, I wish to download the dedicated serveur, but I don't see it on the website, in the forum and in the folder of rising wolrd, I have buy Rising world in Steam. Since yesterday I kill myself for find this dedicated server, thak you to help me.
I want that french people see my server in the list, because I wish to create a French RP Server. Thank you for your help.

you have to register an account at rising-world.net then click on buy now then download and scroll to the bottom you will see the files in red....no you don't have to buy them but you do need to be registered.the link is up top "website"
