When I started Rising world via Steam today. 19th September my virus program "Trend" kept interrupting with virus' removal. I have attached an excel file with details.
I wonder what is going on seems I am unable to load excel file in attachments so is not attached

What antivirus program do you use exactly? It's most likely a false-positive (unless another existing file infected the Rising World exe). In case of doubt it's always recommendable to upload the file to https://www.virustotal.com where it gets scanned by 64 antivirus programs. The results of such a scan is quite reliable.
Btw., unfortunately you cannot upload excel files directly, but you can put it into a zip archive and upload that instead
