I'd like to rent a server on eXz, but I'd like to know if it is possible to upload a map from my computer to the server ? Anyone knows how it works ? An FTP address is given when we rent a server ?

I cant't really say it for eXz, but if you have Access to FTP you should be able to upload a map. For GHost I can say it for sure.
If you are not sure, just ask their Support. Thats what they are there for
