tbh I'm a bit annoyed with the new trend going around amongst developers. the 3 n 4 packs. first off they aren't at a discount of one copy(cash grab) and second of all some of these developers are too impatient for word of mouth to set in,they seem to bait you with a "grab your friends and survive"....enough already. especially when the game is in early alpha. if you find a 3 or 4 pack at a discount that's great but keep your eyes opened on the others.

yeah lif is pointless if you play alone. you can't raise up all the skills needed to thrive hence the need for others. hopefully they adjust that some day.
I'd pick stranded deep over subnautica it's further along in features n such. also I picked planet explorers over lif and a few others. it's really a great game so far.
sounds like I'd need a decent group first off which I don't have nor anyone else to group up with not too mention I can't be on 24/7 ya know...life n work etc. thanks for the response.
@Killem I heard lif had rendering issues? is this true? is it glitchy and choppy? I ask because I've played wurm online which stops you at lvl 20 unless you go premium($91usd a year,no thanks), this game looks like a similar game minus the go premium crap? I'm considering getting it.yay or nay? I also changed my mind about getting midievel engineers until it's a full release sometime in 2016.

you can't run the game w out some steam interaction but you can right click the game in your steam library and click add shortcut to desktop then run the game that way.avoiding opening the steam app that way.
this looks really nice,been following this game since conception.
"F3" is the key to do this....pushing it up too 3 times gives additional info and finally closes those info windows.
