Can not play multiserver for more than 10 min at a time turbo. thanks for a laugh man. just got back from emergency room for my kid... he's ok but damn that laugh was good.

are you updating through Intel or windows?............for my Sony vaio laptop windows "update utility is crap" at best.i had to go into my bios and change something to trick my pc into letting me delete the Intel drivers,forcing my laptop to use my radeon........also if your not using the "stock monitor" problems can occur.if you need further assistance,don't hesitate to ask.....also is this your laptop? http://www.pcworld.com/product…3336g75mass-notebook.html

we can help you get the game running........but to get a refund if your computer doesn't meet the minimum system specs just won't happen......aside from that,assuming you do meet minimum requirements,we need your mac's specs.even a screen grab will do.I'm quite proficient in ios and osx so please bring on the specs.

you have to set your video settings to maximum performance,that will automatically force your pc to use the better card and that in game message disappears

also the game is probably doing all its work while that logo is running.....at least in some games that's what's going on -

I've done every fix known too man,to alleviate this issue but to no avail.......I'm now convinced this is game(or server file) related....the way/how it connects must be different from every other game i own. I'm even playing cod online.......all the way in china(china servers) and i don't lose my connection....i'd also like to know if anyone using the non-steam version is having this problem.

this is definately a known issue,but as of yet,I don't think the devs know what the cause is.....but I shall mention the devs so they are sure to see this thread. @red51 and @lucien.schuenke
