Same problem here. I was able to connect briefly and could play 1 player mode, I left and tried coming back and now it says the same thing, Steam or something with Rising World is malfunctioning atm.

I made a statement and you resort to name calling, and somehow I'm the "A Hole"?

Almost 1 month later and still no water update, what a game.
-
Well I would usually agree with that, but considering every game that's even close to being like Rising World has water. I'm still not understanding what the hold up is.
-
Sand, not dirt.
-
Then you could take a pot of lava to the desert and make glass in the sand.
-
Really be that long till water arrives in Rising World? If so I'm going back to minecraft.
-
Just started a new world instead and I was close to that Biome. I was wanting to build a modern house and I thought the desert look would be most appropriate for such a house. Now if the water comes along it will be the finishing touch.

When Bimoes first came out I flew to the African looking area with the Elephants and tigers, etc. Now I forgot which way I flew to get there and all I keep flying to is the winter Biome, were the other ones removed? Is there a specific way to get to each Biome besides flying to it? Thanks for any help anyone could provide.

What would be nice to see is if there was a means to lock a posters stretch size. For example, say you have a texture you want to use, like a tile texture on a wall, when you go to stretch the size of the poster out, you get an over or under stretched poster and say it was tile, the tile lines don't line up. If you could set a lock in the poster you could circumvent this problem and then not have to modify your texture packs.

I don't mind the stacked blocks but 64 is just too low. Maybe 164 per stack for example. I know it should be doable, not comparing games but when I was playing a game called Star Wars Galaxies there was crafting in the game and that game allowed you to stack 1 million high, which was really cool. That was pre 2011, so I think it should be doable.

No Christmas update?

Worked well thanks

Shaders would be really awesome I agree. I used to play another game mc with the shaders mod and it looked really good. What would be nice is if it was included with the updates and not a separate mod. With mc you had to go on really dodgy sites to sift through the good mods, that can be a pain.

Is world edit a third party program? I use the ~ key to bring up the console and then type setgametype 1, not sure if that is considered world edit, I thought that was called creative mode. Thanks for the tips.

I know about that, but you still have to destroy stuff you built by hand. I know how to destroy land instantly, or make deep caves etc.
-
Farming? All you can do is slay animals, there is no farming as for the animal aspect. Sometimes I do have mooses wander inside my build when I'm building. Could use a fix for it.

Making posters stackable. A light block. When in land editing mode it would be nice to have a way to get rid of the trees and plants without having to knock them all down by axe. Besides having a favorites mode for blocks, have a way to hover over a block with the mouse and it shows the block id number. Wood that can be used as decorations would be nice, like a stack of wood you could place in or near a storage building you built. The fireplace is a bit large for building a fireplace in a building, maybe make it smaller or have a smaller version. Oh yeah and water lol. I thought of something else, when you put a building down like from a blue print and say you no longer want the building you built originally, it would be nice to have an insta destroy or flatten, takes a while to destroy a building with a pickaxe.

It seems that light also doesn't reflect off of posters or doesn't shed light on them, the poster just remains a dark look. What would be cool would be to have a block that was lit, that way you could place it amongst other blocks and the light would spread out. Also the light seems to go right through walls, like when the sun comes up, if you have a building built already and somehow the sun goes through the walls as if your house is made of windows, or whatever your building is.

nice, thanks
