The next update will be available on Wednesday, December 18, in the early evening (GMT+1).
This update will not yet replace the Java version, instead it is the actual content update. We'll provide more information about the transition together with the update.

I used this blueprint, but there is no campfire inside to cook food on. Are we supposed to make our own and put the oven over it? If so, does the fireplace need to be on blocks?
Just getting back on the forums after being away for a few years, so sorry for the super late reply XD If it still matters, it doesn't have a fire inside, but from my testing, it didn't need one for the grill to work. Hopefully that's been the case for you?

Agreed! It always looks kind of funny when they sway in the breeze.
-
Okay, I'll look into it. Thank you!
-
Is that a plugin or a console command?
-
I really like the Wild Frontiers server. It's PvP but I've never been attacked, there are multiple town locations, and you can have your claim saved. I haven't done that, and tend to be more of a squatter who builds shelters, but its a pretty nice place.

Is there a way to make a placed item unbreakable via console command? I'd like to make a frozen over lake using the wavy glass placed over water, but am worried that a player could accidentally hit it and fall into the drink. If not I'll just use some blue/grayish blocks, but being able to use the glass for ice would be great

I agree, this would be really nice.
I haven't used blueprints yet but I noticed in config.properties the following line:
game_blueprint_include_vegetation=false
Maybe you can try looking here.
Display More
I noticed this too. I set it to 'true', but haven't tried making any blueprints with it yet. I'm thinking this may make it work though.

Thanks for the reply!
Try the GPS plugin, it has a /sethome function for each individual player. They can use it via /home
I'll check that out. Thank you.
If you want to do it for all players who spawn in you can use setinventory and setclothing console commands for the starting gear. For individual players you cannot set it atm.
That's great to know. Too bad about not being able to do it for each player, or make classes/loadouts, but that'll still help a lot. Is there a list somewhere for all possible console commands?
Do you mean as a backup or to intentionally reset the whole world and destroy everyone's builds? For the former you can copy paste the worlds directory from your server, for the latter simply delete the world directory and the same world using the seed in server.properties will be generated again.
I think it would be like a backup? Essentially it would be like playing on a server with no auto save. Like if I could have built the map and structures, filled some chests, and so on, and save. Then after we play, move things around, take some arrows out of a chest, etc, nothing saves, so that when we load up the map again it's like when I first finished building it, before we played and moved things. Does that make sense?

So I've never used a plugin before, but have just started creating minigames to play with my siblings and friends, and I can think of some that would be very helpful. If anyone knows of a a plugin that will allow to do any of the following, please let me know (and thank you).
I'm wanting to find something that will let me
- Make a set spawn point for where people respawn when they die (I know the command "setspawn", but being able to have people spawn in a specific area after dying would be very helpful)
- Change starting spawn gear, or possibly allow players to choose a "loadout" that gives them specific gear when they spawn.
- Save the world as is, and allow me to rollback after a game session, so I don't have to worry about repairing the map and replacing any items that were used.
Are there any that would let me do these things? It would be fantastic if so, but if not I'll figure out something, even if it isn't quite as nice.
Thank you!

A modern stove I made for one of my worlds. I thought I'd share in case anyone else wants one. It's fully functional and can cook your meats!

I think something like this could be fun. You'd probably want to be part of a group of settlers or something, and have to prepare for winter, grow things during summer, hunt, fight off bandits, etc.
For anyone interested, this would probably be a decent system for it. It's really malleable, and could work for several different settings.

Has anyone made any blueprints of a lodge like one of these? I've seen pictures of a build on Steam, but haven't been able to find any blueprints for something like these.
-
These are so cool! I'd love to see more locations like the cemetery by you too. Some ruins would be a blast to explore, especially now that we have bandits, skeletons, and spiders.
-
I'm really hoping to see more of these Maybe you could make them into segments so people could make custom rivers. Doing straight sections, elbow joints (L-shaped), wavy sections, etc. and then people would piece them together like Ikea furniture!
-
Your builds are freaking fantastic. I've begun putting them in my medieval world, which has started as a little village but may grow into a town
I agree with Lilli too, having enough to make a caravan would be so cool.

I've started working on building the world of Graveyard Keeper in Rising World. I think it's doable, and once Red makes it so that we can blueprint terrain, I'll be able to make the whole map a blueprint for download. However, in the meantime I'll upload buildings as I make them Here is Home Sweet Home, the house of the Graveyard Keeper. (I know there is a basement in the game, but I'm leaving that out of the blueprint so the house sits on the ground better. Feel free to add one if you like :P).
Note: I'm still trying to figure out the screenshot action, so some of the screenshots here have me crouching, which makes things look taller than they are. Also, thanks to Dagoline for the hanging rack and pots!

A small cabin I built in my Walden State Park map. Perfect for the individual fisher! The Stove, hanging rack, and pot were all made by Dagoline and can be found in the blueprints forums. I'm also including the textures I used for the blanket and rug in case anyone wants to use them.

Just a simple fur trapper's camp that I put together. For the sleeping bags, I used the included picture as a poster. I hope you enjoy!

Wow, that does look very nice! I always love a good cabin
