Will wireable (light) switches controlling multiple light sources ever be a thing?
-
Hmm... that should still work I've just tested it and it worked fine on my end Did you maybe resize the tent accidentally?
Strangely enough, it works now, and nothing at all changed about the size of the tent when I loaded up the game and did both Backspace and Shift-Backspace with it equipped to hot bar and selected. I don't know. Guess I never will. *shrug* Thanks anyway!

I remember being able to crouch-walk into "Modern Tents" and now I can't seem to do so any more.
-
*facepalm*
Actually, that *IS* exactly what I was asking for. Also I'm stupid for assuming without testing.

Is there a way to sleep in a tent *without* setting a spawn point? It's really irritating that I have a base to which I want my compass to point, but when I'm WAAAY out exploring, I can't sleep through the night without messing up the compass.

I see — thanks!

Is it currently possible in the New Version to place raw stone, and thereby shape stony terrain (aside from mining it)?
-
Thank you!

good problem solved I did reset db Npcs
Could you share how you did that?

Same(ish); I had to travel MILES to find any horses or bears (unless I make a new world).

yes! still waiting on custom items in the API. now that areas are working from the API I'm looking into using areas for the portals so you are able to use the default portal effect or build your own!
Awesome! It's good to know the community is still engaged around here despite some flak in the Steam forums (an ugly place, as it turns out). My other go-to builder, Creativerse, kinda died in the wake of some poor-ish developmental and financial decisions by the producing studio; a lot of established players and content creators bounced.

I can't seem to find the command, maybe i'm missing something. I made a Screenshot of the controls.
Reinstalling didn't do anything either.
Old version

Just wondering if there are still plans to implement any of the planned fixes as outlined in the OP?

Sorry for my late response, but I can confirm that the horse sounds while riding are indeed a bit too silent... we'll change that with the next hotfix
That's wonderful news!
-
One man's opinion, but I think the noise levels for the animals should be reasonably close to reality. Silent, or excessively muted, isn't really on option. I think there are probably more people who would feel this way as opposed to wanted the sounds unrealistically quiet.
-
It seems all the horse noises (gallop, walk, whinny, snort, etc.) are all played at about 20% volume.
The only horse noise that is a realistic volume is the sound of landing a jump.
Kinda breaks the realism and takes the fun out of it. (Love having the horse again, otherwise!!! )

Standalone installer fails file download and freezes part-way during download ("File Download Failed (5)")
* I tried updating, and I tried a new installation... neither works.
-
Oh, ok then. (I'd have at least felt stupid if I just couldn't figure it out ) Thanks!
