Question: why are (roughly) 70-90 realtime hours to long? That's in real lif almost 3 to 3,75 days. That's just nice and not to long!

The game will take a while in spring and summer. And the game will also take a while in autumn and winter. Makes the experience of survival more real. 8)

It's maybe possible making it so, if the serverowner/player wishes, to set ingame day, month and year. So the original implementation can be choosen but the default setting is the new implementation.;)

    First paragraph: yes.

    Second paragraph: understood.

Third paragraph: for me it's not a french localization but a belgian localization -> i think this is the solution ;)

Fourth paragraph: we, the Belgian (and French) players will wait patiently. Thanks in advance.

Unity has to learn not the whole world use QWERTY X(

I did some extra tests :

If a want the map, a key "M" is defined in the settings but i have to press the "," (comma). Yes, on a QWERTY keyboard you find the key "M" on the same spot where you find the "," on AZERTY keyboard.

I did the test with several games on Steam. It's only a problem on the unity-version of Rising World. Really strange

Well, if a use my keyboard like a QWERTY keyboard then all is fine; luckily I type with ten fingers blind ^^

    Hello,

Now we have the new Seasonsupdate, it's time for more clothes. The only clothes we have now is the fur-pack, otherwise the player is running around in underwear.

I know there is a clothingissue but the clothes available in Creative (or part of it) we can use, yes ? Could you make it available please ?

I thought at least on ...

    Ragshirt (lumpenoberteil) and ragshoes (lumpenschuhe)

    Human_AR1_boots, Human_AR2_belt, Human_AR2_cloak and/or Human_AR5_cloak.

... and maybe the armor suitable for humans ?

But not the medievalsuit2 (= bandits) or the clothing typical for the barbarians. That would be confusing; i don't want to be shot by another player ^^

I know it's possible because i know at least one server the owners wear clothes (at the moment only there available) from Creative.

If new players discover that they have to run around in underwear, changes are they leave the game =O

    Thank you.

So the input works correctly (pressing Z on AZERTY still lets you move forward, for example, even though it's bound to W), it's basically only affecting the labels in the settings menu and ingame (help texts etc), is that correct?

Moving i do with the arrows and that works fine. If i do a reset and use the 'normal' keys for moving it's still fine, only for Q i have to press A, etc.. Other example: I set the letter Z for Zoom. If i want to use the zoom i have to press the letter W on my keyboard. If a press the letter Z on my keyboard, that's W on your keyboard nothing happens.

    Hello,

In the early java-version you have the map in a equipmentslot. If you press a key (in my case "m") you could see the map. Now there isn't a setting anymore that you can bind with the map. Is it possible to have a setting for it ? Thanks.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for this game and all the work you did already put in it. The game is very nice ! I love it really and shall play it more from now on. I'm excited what the future brings :D

    Hello.

I'm from Belgium. The keyboard we use is a french keyboard: AZERTY. In the Netherlands they use the same keyboard like in England and the USA: QWERTY. And of course the germans use QWERTZ.

In the old java game my keyboard works fine but in the unity-version not; it seems the unity-version don't recognise my keyboard ? If i use Z then i get W for example. Both in the settings but also in the game. To sail, the game tells me use Q and E, then i have to press A and E. That works. Can this be fixed please. Thanks in advance.

I think all the french speaking people here have the same problem .. or no french speaking people plays the game ? :|

I do agree 100% with Cursed. This 'game' is more a framework to build your own game. You got the basics and the game itself is playable but it's the creativity of the serverowners, mod-developers and members that makes you create an entire new world with it's own rules. It could be a fantasy, (even) prehistoric or a futuristic world, etc... The objects in this base game has to be seen as placeholders. Wat really counts is the underlying mechanics and the possibility to freely create the necessary mods for it.

A lot of people ask for additions, represented by certain objects. For example movebable structures and certain mechanics. On one of the RW servers I already saw a 'working' windmill; well the wind blades were moving but it didn't connected to something (yet). With the progression of RW to version 1.0 and beyond more will come. Patience is key and a good virtue ;)

This is in short how i see this game. And that's the big difference with traditional games. The only thing i wish is that people try to "forget" Minecraft or better stopping refering to other games for ideas or what things have to be in the game. It's not a predefined game, not a platform game, not a game with a story ... thankfully. And yet it's all that, depending on your own imagination :D

:wow: The creativity of the players and the possibilities of the game keeps my wondering. I even think that you can adjust this church over time to resemble even more the original. How long did it took you to build this ?

CoenyRW is right but because of the topic i didn't mention it myself. And the idea of cheesemaking, yes it have to become possible. After the cheese ripining you get stats on the cheese and depending on it preservation.

Maybe i'm wrong ... but it was possible in the java-version to pick flowers and herbs. And use them, for example to make a flower garden. I hope it will come back in the new version: picking flowers and planting them for decorative means and picking herbs to make potions against spider- and snakebites, sickness, etc ...
