Unfortunately the system information are missing (they can be found at the top of the error message)... but it looks like you're running the standalone version. This error usually occurs if there is either a wrong Java version installed (make sure a 64 bit version of Java 8 is installed on your machine), or if there is a permission issue (i.e. the game cannot extract or access the file in question) - in this case, you can try to run the game as Administrator (rightclick -> Run as administrator).

Sometimes this error also occurs if there is a problem with the VCRedist installation. Please download the latest version of MS VCRedist 2013 (vcredist_x64.exe): https://www.microsoft.com/en-u…oad/details.aspx?id=40784
If it wasn't installed, just run the setup. Otherwise it's very important to hit the "Repair" button instead.
