is there anyway for me to get a rising world old build?

i am wondering if there is a place i can get a old version of rising world from around 2016. i think there are some old rising world screenshots in the journal but im not sure, if anyone has an old version laying around please send me it.

You are not likely going to get a copy unless the dev has one he's willing to cough up. RW has always been a digital-only release.

Hmm... is there a particular reason you want a version from 2016?

In Steam it's basically possible to download an old version of a game via console. You have to search for the manifest ID of the depot you want to download. The Java version of RW uses the "Game" depot (for the main game data) and separate depots for Windows, Linux and Mac (containing the executable, Java etc).

There are some guides on the net which explain how to do that (e.g. this one)

the reason i want an older version is cause im a sucker for anytype of beta version of a game to see how the game originaly looked
