Hex colours in message boxes

<color=\"red\">Warning:</color>         //works
<color=red>Warning:</color>             //works

I would like to use custom colours, I thought hex colours were supported?

I had originally tried this <color=\"#FF9639\">Warning:</color>

But that doesn't work, but without the quotes as you say, does!
