When using the tanning rack, the message at bottom left says 'Gut animal corpse'. AFAIK the process of scraping off meat, which is what we appear to be doing, is called fleshing and doesn't usually take place on a tanning rack. Maybe 'Prepare pelt' or 'Scrape pelt' or even 'Make leather' would be right since the entire process is simplified to a single step?

Also...
Carrots, sugar beet etc should really be 'seedlings' not 'saplings', in English the latter is only used for trees not other plants.
