My inventory just locked up ie I can't move items around. Clicking an item moves it to a free hotbar slot, the sort and stack buttons work ok. It happened immediately after pushing the handle of the grinder if that's any use?

It sounds like the shift key is still considered pressed by the game (then items move instantly to the hotbar and vice versa)
If this happens again, please try to press the shift key(s) once and see if the issue persists.
