im trying to download the manifests with steamdb, the command is right but no matter what manifest i choose, it downloads the latest java build.
I remember doing this with NMS (No Mans sky) so I can't rem all the operations that you need to do but maybe this may at lest help a little, but please remember anything that you try is all down to you, and you may have to disconnect from the net to stop the game updating??
Goto Steam DB https://steamdb.info/
search for Rising World / on the left-hand side, click on Depots click on the ID that you need (Windows) is 324081 (Game)
Click on Manifests and copy the manifests ID
You now need to open the Steam console steam://nav/console
-app 4920 -depot 228985 -manifest 2393620832831260610
This is from 1 August 2014.
And this is about as much as I can help, but like I said I haven't touched this for a very long time, so it may or may not even work.
Once again Im not being held for anything that breaks
