Basic starter house

This house is just a simple basic starter Eco house, nothing fancy but should be big enough for all you need. I designed it to be easy on resources on account of the new blueprint restrictions. The room can be divided into smaller sections and furniture added as required or build two and use one as a workshop.

Resources are just 100 stone, 17 lumber, 7 glass, 6 logs, 4 stone (any). ok that last bit 4 stone (any)?? is strange lol! why not just 104 stone?

Indeed and server wise they make better sense due to lag issues. I admire all the wonderful detailed builds/work people do but material costs and grind are not for everyone but of course you can still build and admire them on creative sp all you want. I learned my eco builds on your RR server from HENRY V and your good self of course.
