saga of the disappearing ores and ingots

I would like to add to this bug report:

Inventory is not properly showing items. This includes, items on & off character, items in lock boxes - put in or pulled out of the lock box, items being replaced with items not on character after opening lock boxes

@CrissaRobin: Do you play in singleplayer or multiplayer?
@Spockton: This issue should be sorted with the latest update Please let us know if still any issues occur.
