my computer might not be able to update to 10.9 could you make it so it operates on at least 10.6.8 PLEASE I would definitely buy it after support for OS X 10.6.8!!!

However, unfortunately the Standalone update is temporarily not available. We expect it to be fixed in a couple of hours. Please let me know if you want to get a Steam key instead!

Unfortunately that's not possible
Main problem is the graphics driver, OpenGL is broken in the first versions of the Intel driver. So 10.9 is the minimum OSX version we can support
