I bought this on Steam. When I launched the client and tried to create an account, the client wouldn't accept my email address. I verified it was correct and typed it in several times to no avail. So I came to the website and created it here. I'd say the client has a bug.

Hmm.. does the email contain any special characters? Or can you eventually send us your email to info@jiw-games.net ? Maybe we can find out what went wrong there.

I am having the same problems. I created an account on the website fine, open the client from steam and I can not login to create a game at all. Doesn't accept my information, when I click the "I already have an account link" I type in the information I created on the website and when I try to login in it gives me error code 190.

What operating system do you use? Do you eventually run Steam in offline mode (account creation does not work in offline mode)? -

Sorry for my late response! Does the error still occur? In this case please try this: Rightclick on Rising World in Steam -> Properties -> "Set launch option" and enter "+debug" (without quot. marks). Then go to the "Betas" tab and select "testbranch - New launcher" (no code required). Once Steam is ready with downloading the new files, start the game and see if it works then. If it still does not work, go to your game directory (rightclick on RW in Steam -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse local files), open the "info" file with a texteditor, copy the content and paste it here.
