cant login to rising world

    so i formatted the hard drive on my computer and i re-downloaded rising world but when i open it it just opens normally except im not logged into my rising world account meaning i cant go on servers BTW im playing rising world on steam

    It sounds like the game cannot establish a connection to the authentication server. In most cases this happens when your firewall or antivirus program blocks the connection. What antivirus program do you use exactly?
    Since the game tries to establish an SSL connection, it's also important that your systemdate and -time is set correctly, otherwise it won't work.
