adding textures

maybe stupid question
can textures be added or can we only replace the original
and can we use the black ones where n/a is written on

You can replace the original ones and can use the black ones (place holders).
After an updates the textures are substituted with the original play textures again, so
better way is to create one own folder named "Texturepacks".
